Primary Care Clinic Hours

Open: Mon-Fri
9am-5:00pm

Closed for appointments during lunch hour
11:45 am-12:45 pm (Our phone lines are now open from start of business through close of business, includes the lunch hour)

Closed:

1st and 2nd Thursday mornings of every month,
1st Wednesday of every month from 11:45 am to 2:45 pm, for meetings.

We have same-day & next-day medical appointments.

Please note:
The last clinic appointment of each day is at 4:15 pm.

 Behavioral Health Counseling Hours:

Open:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Please note:

Counseling appointments are set by the hour with the last appointment of each day at 5 pm.

Directions

From Pacifica:
Take Bus #112 (Serramonte/Colma BART) or Bus #110 (Daly City BART). Exit at Daly City BART. Cross John Daly Blvd, toward Century Theaters, and continue south on Junipero Serra Blvd.

From Top of the Hill:
Take Bus #121 (Skyline College). Exit the bus at Edgeworth Ave. at 90th Street. Walk one block east (toward Hwy 280) to DCYHC.

From Westmoor High School:
Take Bus #121 (Lowell/Hanover). Exit the bus at Edgeworth Ave at 90th Street. Walk one block east (toward Hwy 280) to DCYHC.

From GED/Serramonte Del Rey:
Take Bus #121 (Lowell/Hanover) that leaves from Serramonte Shopping Center. Walk one block east (toward Hwy 280) to DCYHC.

From Jefferson High School (walking directions):
Leave campus through the south gate (near the roundabout). Walk on Bruno Street. Turn right on School Street. Continue across Hwy 280. Turn left onto Sullivan Ave.
